Great night of racing at Angola Motror Speedway, After Winning the week before we returned to Angola this past weekend with very different results. After a great hot lap session we were 3rd quick on the board and were very happy with the car. We checked the shocks and got the car ready for time trials and wow what a difference, at the end we were 22nd quick and not even in the show. The car was very tight and Im not sure if it was the shocks or the left front tire that was the couse but we were very dissapointed in the run. The guys changed the tire and made some changes on the car and got ready for the heat which was much better. We started 23rd in a 26 car feild, in the main and worked are way up to 11th before being spun out and going to the rear. Once under green again we worked the top and the bottom and finished the race in 12th. I am very proud of all the guys for there hard work but very dissapointed that I could not give them another win, we had a great car in the race and passed more cars than any other team there. Harry had a great run in the heat race pulling off the win and another great run going in the main running 2nd for most of the race until heating issues with just a few laps to go coused him to pull to the pits. We are looking forward to returning to Kalamamzoo Speedway this week to see if we can close the gap on brian as Harry is 3rd and I am 2nd in the Kalamazoo Speedway points race Brian B leads the standing with I think 5 points nights left and with his awsome showings and dominating wins this season looks to be well on his way to his first championship.
